These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods by us and will form the basis of the Contract between us and you. Before submitting your order, please ensure that you have read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you are unsure about any part of these Terms and Conditions, please contact us for clarification. A legally binding contract between us and you will be created upon our acceptance of your order, indicated by our Order Confirmation.
Privacy and data protection
Any personal information that we may collect (including, but not limited to, your name and address) will be collected, used and held in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and your rights under that Act. We only use your personal information to process your payment and to post your items to you. We will never pass on your personal information to any other third parties.
Refund Policy
As your illustration and any third party products that contain your illustration are bespoke, once your drawing has been created, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. We can only offer a refund if we have not started your illustration, so if you do change your mind please email us as soon as possible at hello@drawmyvwt4.co.uk. If printed items get damaged in the post we will happily exchange the affected item.
Delivery
Currently we only ship to the United Kingdom. Delivery is free for all printed items. Delivery times are an estimate based on the third party's delivery terms. We will inform you of any delays in delivery.
